the UK NRA are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. They don't stand for the ordinary citizen, only the "elite" FAC holders, basically it's a club for the boys who don't mind the strict laws because they have the guns and we don't. I don't think they even support defence, just sporting.
Not saying all FAC holders act like elite pricks, but the amount of forum posts I read from FAC holders that act like nazi's and even support putting low powered air rifles on ticket.
Us and them sadly. I think the right to bear arms is a right, not a privilege. But when you got these organisations sucking the government's dick, you know we are in trouble.
BASC seem to be a bit more supportive.
None of your firearm organisations support your rights. Not one. That is largely due to the fact they are treated as the experts and know what they are doing..... They don't have a clue. Other than sports, training, membership or money nothing motivates them. Yes they are elitists believing they are better than others who do not deserve to own guns.
Yes Sir they are very good at begging, collaborating and sucking government's Dick. Which is why Britain is where it is. Jellyfish have more backbone.
If firearm organisation had known what they were doing, that our rights are sacrosanct and must be protected at all times by what ever means we have, that would not have happened. If trade unions can bring government to its knees so can firearm organisations. The problem is they don't want to in polite language. They have 10,000 excuses of why it is impossible. Starting at you cannot fight government to excuse their collaboration
They admit defeat before they even start. So if firearm owners do not demand these organisations are never ever going to start. It is as simple as that. We no longer value our rights because our organisations do not. The gun has replaced those rights and we will do anything to own a gun, sell guns, promote guns and reatain OUR guns.
